Respect Your Neighbors
Japan works because people respect each other.
We actively encourage responsible ownership—being mindful of noise, parking, trash sorting, snow removal, and day-to-day behavior that affects neighbors. Whether a home is lived in full-time, part-time, or used as a rental, it should never be a burden on the surrounding community.
If a use case isn’t appropriate for a specific neighborhood, we’ll say so—even if it means walking away from a deal.
Supporting Local Communities
Our goal isn’t to extract value from Japan – it’s to contribute to it.
We prioritize working with local tradespeople, contractors, property managers, and small businesses whenever possible. We believe foreign ownership, when done correctly, can help bring life, investment, and stability to rural and under-served areas of Japan.
